Comfortable stay in a great spot
Chilled here for 3 nights and it was solid. The staff were super friendly and changed my room when the wifi didn't work at first. The location is perfect for walking around the town! The breakfast gave a nice start to the day, lots of fresh options. Just wish there was a bathtub in the bathroom.

This hotel could have been wonderful, but the room was tiny with inadequate clothes storage, how embarrassing! The air con didn't work, and I was told to just turn it on, clearly unacceptable. All I wanted was a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess some people just don't matter.

hotel is practically two blocks from the historical centre, in a quiet area where it is easy to park in the street if you go by car as it was my case. We did not take breakfast, there are several places around where you can have breakfast and they always put you "appetizers" like pieces of cakes or different sweets, with which you can have a wonderful breakfast, just asking for a coffee. hotel is quiet and quality/price ratio is quite good. Pontevedra is a beautiful city, with a lot of atmosphere, people are charming. real discovery!
The last thing I liked about it was that some walls in the bathroom were painted black and there was a little bit of damage that they could take care of: the handle of the screen was broken, the cupboard wouldn't close.

The room was well sized, all clean, more or less comfortable bed and nice reception staff. Located 15 minutes from downtown. We did not take the breakfast from the hotel, but we found a cafeteria in the park in front of the hotel where we had a great breakfast, full breakfast consisting of: coffee, juice and toast for 3'50, very nice waiter, also they put a piece of cake and churros for free with the coffee, it's called: BLOOM
There is paid parking in the hotel (10 euros/day) and it is quite complicated to park in the area. . The doors of the rooms were not closing well, every time someone entered or left the room, a tremendous slamming sound was heard. Also, the cleaning staff did not take any care with the noise, from 9 in the morning it was almost impossible to stay asleep.

Came with my friend, everything was brand-new. My hotel rooms were well-equipped and brand-new, with very adequate bathroom. Location: the property was close to train station, the centre of Pontevedra, and the pedestrian streets. There was a gastronomic restaurant nearby. The place was good value, no reason to complain, do recommend.
Nothing to dislike.

I stayed in a Single Room for 3 nights and was kinda surprised by the modern style and new furnishings. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from both the train station and the city center. Free WiFi was essential for my trip, and when I had a signal issue, the staff quickly moved me to a different room where it worked perfectly. The private bathroom had all the necessary toiletries.

I liked the design of the lobby and elevators. I also loved that it was always warm and the front desk staff was very nice.
The wifi doesn't work, even though they say it exists. The room doesn't have neither a safe nor a minibar. The shower was a disaster and the pillows weren't good at all, but that happens in almost every hotel in Spain.

The hotel is very convenient to everything in Pontevedra. Shopping, meals, cafes, etc. The restaurant next door, not attached to the hotel, was excellent. The best meals we had in Pontevedra. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing them again next year!
On street parking vs. Parking garage at 13 euros. Suggestion is to have a package that includes parking so there is no need to worry.

Clean and comfortable. Good for short stays. Quiet.
A little far from the old town though this did avoid the noise at night. The price of laundry was extortionate. Be warned! And watch out for loose shower brackets! Some information about any available lounges would have been welcome. Breakfast area wasn't very nice and the coffee was very poor.

I stayed at Room for 3 nights on a business trip. The centrally located hotel allowed easy access to my meeting venue. My room was clean, modern, and well-furnished, with a powerful shower and ample hot water. I appreciated the free WiFi, crucial for my work. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants.
Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.
